Depending on your plan, the number of cases that can be received from users or created by agents per month varies from 500 to 2,000 cases per enabled agent.
Basic:
- 500 cases per enabled agent;
- the plan allows you to add up to 10 agents → maximum limit of 5,000 cases per month.
Standard:
- 1,000 cases per enabled agent;
- there is no limit on the number of agents, but for 200 agents, for example, the limit is 200,000 cases per month.
Pro:
- 2,000 cases per enabled agent;
- there is no limit on the number of agents, but for 200 agents, for example, the limit is 400,000 cases per month.
Requests from the “Trash” and “Spam” filters are not taken into account.
The check runs at the end of each month (the night after the last day of the month) and takes into account the lowest number of enabled agents you had during the month.
If in any given month more cases have been created, we will display a notification in the accounts of the main administrator and subadministrators. In this situation you can do one of the following:
- increase the number of agents, since the limit is formed based on the number of enabled agents in your account;
- check if it is possible to reduce the flow of cases (for example, you receive a lot of notifications from various services that are not cases from your customers);
- switch to the next plan.
If the limit is exceeded three times in different months in the last 12 months, your plan will automatically change to the next one. If you are already on the Pro plan, we will contact you to discuss personal rates for such a high load.
