We will integrate in several stages. Initially, we will launch automatic detection of values for standard and custom fields (group, priority, category, mood, etc.) based on the text of the case, as well as an option to send custom requests to ChatGPT. Next, features like paraphrasing agent responses to match a specific tone, brief summaries of correspondence, etc., will be introduced.
