We’ve adapted the app design for Liquid Glass, added ratings display in cases and chats, enabled label management based on agent permissions, and introduced the ability to mention agents with a specific role in notes. We have also fixed bugs related to message rendering, quoting, macros, case statuses, and the "Search" section.
Improvements
1. New Liquid Glass-style design
We’ve updated the app design for iOS 26 to align with Liquid Glass visual principles. On devices running older iOS versions, the app will retain its previous appearance.
2. Ratings in cases and chats
We’ve enhanced how submitted ratings are displayed in cases and chats:
- ratings are now shown in the conversation thread and case parameters;
- comments left with ratings are displayed based on the agent's access permissions.
3. Label management based on agent permissions
Creating, adding, and deleting labels now strictly adheres to the additional permissions defined in the agent's settings.
4. Mentioning roles in notes
We’ve added the ability to mention agents with a specific role by typing the @ symbol in the note input field.
Bug fixies
- Messages could overlap when a user edited their previous message;
- The user's message text was truncated when quoting in synchronous communication channels;
- In active chats, text draft autosave failed when switching between a reply and a note;
- In active chats, template text was not inserted into the reply field if it already contained text;
- Notes applied via templates were not added to cases;
- In active chats, the user’s name was overlapped by the new message indicator;
- The date and time of previous messages in chats were displayed incorrectly;
- The restriction on sending replies in cases of disabled channels (Facebook, Instagram, custom asynchronous) was not enforced;
- In active chats, updated case parameters did not refresh dynamically, requiring a page reload to display changes;
- Multiple visual glitches and errors occurred in the Search section: the app could freeze when switching to an active chat, navigation between "Spam" and "Trash" failed, and actions like "Move to spam", "Move to trash", or "Restore" were not executed.
