Status page

The long-awaited status page has been launched. It allows you to monitor the status of key Deskie components in real-time, as well as subscribe to notifications about incidents and scheduled maintenance.

Operating logic

1. Information about the malfunction of any of the Deskie components appears automatically on the status page. Manually, we can only provide more details, but the initial information about the problem's existence appears quickly and without our involvement — typically within 2-3 minutes.

2. Component status checks are performed every minute from different locations, and an issue is recorded on the status page only after confirmation from three different sources. This reduces the likelihood of false alarms and ensures that if a problem is displayed on the status page, we are already aware of it and actively working on resolving it.

3. The status page operates autonomously and is not dependent on the service's functionality. Even if Deskie is unavailable, the status page continues to inform you about the current situation.

How and when to Use

1. We strongly recommend subscribing to notifications from the status page. This way, you will always promptly receive updates on everything happening with Deskie.

2. If you notice serious issues with the service, the first thing to do is check the status page. It contains up-to-date information about incidents. If there are no notifications, it means there are either no general problems or the automatic monitoring has not yet detected them.

We understand that you may be accustomed to reporting such issues in chats, but with a large number of such inquiries, we cannot respond promptly. As a result, we either confirm the problem with a significant delay or report its resolution after the fact.

3. If you believe there is a minor issue with the service that may not be reflected in the status page, please contact support through any convenient channel. We are always ready to assist you and answer any questions :)
