Now you can create sets for the holidays, too.
The priority logic remains the same as in the business hours settings:
if holidays are defined for a specific group, they have a higher priority than holidays for "all groups";
if holidays are defined for a specific agent, they have a higher priority than holidays for a specific group or for "all groups".
Separate holiday settings will help to properly set up auto-responses about holidays through automation rules (examples for emails and chats), as well as to get more accurate statistics since holidays are not taken into account when calculating speed indicators.
