Update 1.9.0

Last update: 29.10.2026

Improvements

1. New case sorting options

We've added case sorting options to the app to match the web version:

  • by "Date"-type fields ("new ones first" / "old ones first"),
  • by ratings ("from excellent to poor" / "from poor to excellent"),
  • by the time an agent was mentioned in a note ("new ones first" / "old ones first").

The set of sorting options now available in the mobile app fully matches the web version.

2. Mentioning roles in notes

Added the ability to mention agents with a specific role by typing the @ symbol in the note field.

3. Displaying cases from asynchronous channels

Improved how cases from the "Instagram comments," "Instagram mentions," and "Facebook posts" channels are displayed. You can now follow a link from a message with post text to the original post on the social network, and from a comment to the corresponding comment.

Fixed bugs

  • In notes, the placeholder [@note_mention...] was shown instead of the agent's name, role, or group name;
  • When adding a link in the app, a trailing slash wasn't included in it and was displayed as plain text;
  • Links added through the app were shown as plain text — not clickable — in asynchronous channels' responses and in notes;
  • When replying through the app, the chat status changed to "pending" after an automation rule had set it to "open";
  • Some unsent agent responses showed a blue background instead of orange;
  • In emails, markup was displayed incorrectly for responses containing the "[truncated, see attached file]" entity.

P.S. If you run into any issues, please email [email protected] with a detailed description of the problem (ideally a screen recording), the exact Android version, device model, and app version.
