Providing support in different languages through Deskie is a feature our customers have been using for a long time, but the Deskie interface itself was only available in English. It is now possible to choose between English and Turkish in administrator and agent accounts.
Enabling
You can add Turkish as the interface language by going to: admin account — section "Settings" — subsection "Localization". Click on "Add language", select the option "for admin and agent accounts", add Turkish and then move the slider to the active state.
If you want to use Turkish as the default language for new agents, mark it with an asterisk.
Selecting the interface language
When a new language is added, it won't change the interface language for current agents and administrator. If necessary, they will be able to select the desired language manually.

Important note:
For now, only one language can be set in the admin account, which can be seen by everyone who has access to the admin account. However, in the foreseeable future, we will add the ability to create subadmins to give them access only to certain parts of the admin account. Subadmins will be able to set the interface language they want, and this will not affect the main administrator account or the accounts of other subadmins.

We have already translated all the standard parts of the service into Turkish. After adding Turkish as the interface language, all you have to do is add translations for the names of your custom items used in the admin and agent account interfaces.
