We’ve launched the first stage of AI service integration in Deskie. You can now automatically fill data fields and send custom requests to connected AI services. But this is just the beginning – we’re actively developing this area because we believe artificial intelligence will become a valuable ally for customer support teams.
In the near future, AI services will enable you to:

Plus, customers still prefer interacting with real people: a recent Surveymonkey study showed that only 10% of respondents were satisfied with chatbots as support agents.
